Accumulator Max Sub-exposure

Maximum sub-exposure for the accumulator camera.

The total exposure time will be divided by this value and the resulting sub-exposures will be summed into a unsigned 32-bit result

Ensure each sub-exposure is the same interval

Accumulator Clamp 16-bit

Clamp FITS to 16-bits. FITS and Dark images will be clamped to uint16 (50% smaller than uint32)

Image Queue Maximum

Delay is added when maximum queue depth is hit

Algorithm: (QUEUE_SIZE / QUEUE_MAX) * EXPOSURE_PERIOD * BACKOFF

Example: (4 (queue_size) / 3 (queue_max)) * 15 (period) * 0.5 (backoff) = 10.0s additional delay between exposures

Camera Bit Depth

Bit depth of data returned by the camera

Note Switching your camera to JPEG/8-bit mode can affect this setting

Warning This should only be used if your camera does not pre-scale the image data to the full 16-bit space

Focus Mode

Focus mode removes any pause between exposures so they are taken as quickly as possible

Focus Delay

Seconds between each frame during focusing. This value should be slightly higher than the download time of images for your camera.

RasPi HQ camera is about 3.5 seconds, therefore 4.0 should be sufficient.

Astronomy cameras may be able to go as low as 1.0 or 2.0

Image Circle Diameter

Camera information is still included. Only valid for JPEG images

Note Changes to LATITUDE and LONGITUDE will not be immediately reflected in the status area. A reload is necessary to update the camera metadata.
